I am a 55 year old trainer/assessor from Adelaide
Married with 2 daughters
I have a passion for the unknown (is there anybody out there?)
I also would like further development of solar, wind and tidal power supplies
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I believe that life (in whatever form) is out there and if we can satisfy our own curiosity, because that is what make science tick, we can satisfy our own peace of mind.
2. Sceptical at best! We have no idea what form of communication we are looking for. Are we looking in the correct format? Is this the way to discover their communications? This is just one avenue of research and we must try it.
3. We can only search for what we think we must look for. To really find them we must think like them. Now that is a multi million dollar question.
