Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
SETI@home is good for keeping my computer warm. It's fun to listen to the processor fan speed-up when the CPU breaks a sweat over finding a perfect gaussian. Otherwise it just plods along, in step with the other eleventeen thousand computers tied to the project. |
