Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I want to be able to participate in making important discoveries of intelligent life within our near cosmos. My views about the project are that I hope that we are listening in on the same bandwith that they are transmitting on. My suggestions are for science to be open minded, and realize the possibility that distant civilizations may have advanced long before humanity, and therefore possess the ability for interstellar travel. It is not inconceivable that humanity has been visited and observed before.
