I'm from DeSoto county Mississippi. Some people might not consider that Memphis, but I do. Right now I'm going to Mississippi State University and majoring in Computer Science. In my spare time I'm usually on a computer or playing a video game. I don't think anything provides as much entertainment or information as a computer connected to the internet.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI because I think its pretty cool to be able to search through signals from space to look for life out in the universe.
The universe is just to big to rule out the possibility of other intelligent life, so its great to have a project like this that involves everyday people.
