My name is Paul Mataruso, I attend Newport Middle High School, located in Newport, New Hampshire, I am in 10th grade. I currently have 2 server racks in my basement, for various networking stuff. Most of them use BOINC and are attached to the Seti@Home project. I love anything to do with computers, electronics, routers, networking, linux, high voltage, tesla coils etc. I build Tesla coils and other high voltage devices for a hobby. | Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I run Seti@home because, 1: I want my servers to always be doing something, if they are just idle, then there is not point in wasting the electricity and 2: It is just fun to do, and it helps out researchers to find out more about our universe. My views about the project is: I think there is a lot that can be achieved via distributed computing, I also belive in EBE's and i want to make contact with them. |
