| I am a 43 year old male living in Illinois. I enjoy new technologies, gardening and home improvement projects. I spent 13 years with Motorola as a service technician working on high tier mobile data products used by police, fire and first response organizations. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I believe in the SETI@home project and what it is trying to achieve. I fully believe that we are not alone in this limitless universe and that there are other life forms out there. I also believe that while there are undoubtedly more advanced societies than ours, there are also those that are lagging behind or equal to our current level. This makes the entire project even more interesting and exciting. I had initially began running the SETI@home project when it first began many years ago. Unfortunately I had a period of time when I was no longer able to stay with the project. It has advanced a great deal since I last participated and I am anxious to get back to where I once was. I had processed 811 units and belonged to the Planetary Society team, I now belong to the SETI.USA team and hope to continue adding my contribution for some time to come.
