46 year old male working in the UK National Health Service in Gynaecological Oncology. Living in Stratford, London, UK.

Half Scottish (dad) and half Guernsey (mum). IQ 146 (unofficial MENSA postal test) at age 30.

Starting an Open University course about life in the oceans, my second course will be about the universe.

Currently looking for a career change, possibly in a Government Agency.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I used to run it before about 8 years ago on my brother's PC. I now have a mac (the mac is broken so now using a pc), but am still using my brother's internet access (wireless).

2. I think its very important and we can't really be the only intelligent life in the universe.
