Hello There!
Life begins at 40... Born in London 1966. Worked for many years driving heavy goods vehicles around the country, finally ending up at my borough's cleansing department driving a dustcart (Refuse Collection Vehicle). Finally made it to Area Manager responsible for the afternoon service across the borough ... net result = more money, less work, more free time.
I work to live and not the other way around - so my main interest when I make time are computers and learning. I am a qualified COBOL programmer and network engineer. At present I am learning internet languages (ASP .NET - XML - PHP ) and the Macromedia suite. Why? Because I want to know what I don't know ... |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I run the SETI program because I believe every little contribution helps. We will only achieve grand things when we work together. I am a huge activist in conspiracy circles, (administrator at FreeSpeechWar.com ) and although disgusted at the way we have evolved as a waring and lost species, I have 100% confidence in the sincerity and intelligence which is the collective vibe of a community such as this one.
Do I think there's life out there - Of course, the mathematics prove it. I believe we've already been introduced. Do I wish governments when labelling their knowledge on these matters as TOP SECRET would just tell us the damn truth? That will never happen. We have a better chance of discovering the universe working together - We are the real human spirit.
I am honoured to be part of this learned community and contribute.
