I am a web developer who has been a long time fan of Science Fiction. My favorite novels are from the Childe Cycle by Gordon R. Dickson. In my spare time I like to hunt and fish. These are good skills to have in case any aliens we find turn out to be hostile and destroy our civilization!
In all seriousness I like the outdoors because you can only sit in front of a computer for so many hours a day before you go crazy. So why let my computer sit idle when I can put it to use searching for extra-terrestrials?
