Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Read all the Harvard Books On Astronomy when I was a teen. Got 4.25 inch reflecting telescope as soon as I could afford it. Now I have 3 more telescopes, the largest a 10 inch schmidt-cassgrain. Unfortunately my health does not let me use them as much as I would like. I have beleved that there must be life on millions of planets. Some of them must have developed civilizations that would try to reach out. So I have 3 computers running 24/7
to help find any signals.
I have contacted HP and requested that they contribute equiptment and money to the project. Probably no results, but I tried.
I may try asking Boeing to contribute.
