I am a 42-year-old journalist from Pakistan. I love Internet ;) and Sci-Fi (Frank Herbert and Jerry Pournelle and Larry Niven are my favourites). I love music and movies and above all I LOVE to read about almost everything under the sun.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I want to be part of the effort to discover life out there. I believe in it.
2. It is a great project. More projects should be undertaken of this nature.
3. I would suggest that similar effort can be used to detect and map near-earth objects. I don't want me (or my specie) to be the next on the extinction list. :)
