I`m a 40-something economic-historian, from the province of Groningen, the Netherlands, who went astray in the field of computers and ICT.
Among my many interests is Space and of course (the) S.e.t.i. both are easily combined now thanks to Internet.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| My opinions on SETI are quite simple i,m convinced that there is life out there. I'm more concerned with the fact that we might not be able to recognize or communicate with alien life-forms. As a historian i'm futhermore afraid that humanity might be very good in .... our first contact and the consequences of that failure. |
