Chemical Engineer, AUTH Greece. I was born in Thessaloniki, Greece, 8th July 1967. I love literature, poetry, quite a few music genres and I will gladly watch good movies.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I am certain that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe. SETI is a way to reach. I don\\\\\\'t think that everyone realizes that we don\\\\\\'t seek to actually communicate, though. We simply want to find the evidence. Maybe some bits of information, too. BUT there is another important aspect in this research. If SETI succeeds, this will be a strong indication that all human religions are wrong - for none predicts ET life in any way and to no extend. This will hopefully prove to be a valuable weapon in the arsenal of the ones who fight the long and difficult battle for the freedom of thought, here, on THIS beautiful blue planet. |
