Personal background
Hi, i'm from Doncaster, England. I'm 29yrs old and between diferent work placements as on-the-job training is an essential part of the ICT course i'm doing, which could eventually get me a degree, while getting paid to work in the career i want! Nice, if you can get it.

Love a variety of music, but not much popular stuff. Picked up a fair few vinyly and CDs over my time. Got a reasonable stacking hi-fi to play it on, too. Me and a couple of friends have instruments, and we sort of jam between programmed and live music. We're not fussed about making records, we just get a buzz from making music as a group; when we connect, each player nows how to continue the track. It's not technically complicated, but we seem to get a groove going, between us.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I decided to spend some energy towards SETI, as once a strange craft was witnessed by four of us at twilight. After hovering erratically for a few moments, it faded, flashed, then shot-off into space. This was not an 'Aurora'; no con-trails, and it had hovered.
I am quite skeptical in general, but this was different. If we could expand our search with technology, we might tap into extra-terrestrial communication methods that are unknown to us now, and give us even more chance of contact.
