| I'm casey, I agree with whomever it was that said "aliens are great". I believe it's a cool concept. (community computing that is.) That said, I don't believe that aliens exist and I think that space is a vast waste of space. but then again, if space weren't there, what would be? I am a soil scientist with the US forest service. I also teach bicycle repair at a local community college. |

I liked it better before BOINC, I'm not even running it right now because the cpu limits in bionic don't work and it overheats my computer. bummer. It would be nice if the old software were availabe until bionic, is viable for laptops.
11-2008 I still think that BOINC is sucking,But the software follows it's preferences! Awsome. I found an old desktop in a dumpster and set it up to run seti until the processor fries (Long live the Compaq presario)
11-2009- The Compaq died. I got 200 cobblestones out of it though. |
