Could a solar furnace be cheaply constructed Up There ?
Is there any place for thinking of mining , Zero G smelting and extrusion...
And its already up there in Orbit !
Plasma furnaces in orbit
Extrusion of very thick parts for protection of passengers from radiation.
You could extrude a lot of useful parts up there. Already in orbit.
You could send parts down. It might pay for itself !
You could keep bits Up There. It would definitely pay for itself !
Robots r good for robot things. 30 light seconds or more is in easy range.
Shuttles are good for Shuttle things.
Is it possiblle , that the matter of deep space is not accounted for in the equation of where has all the matter gone .
We live one dead matter in nuclear terms. Neither Earth nor any of they solar elements are live fuel in nuclear terms.
Has the matter ( and mass ) of black holes and their existance been accounted for ? Really ?
If what has shown up in CC s is anything to go by....I like our chances.

I would be thinking of the orbital platforms first job as mapping near space.

I am uncertain what I would be sending. I know that if I start NOW I may get something back in 400 - 600 years. Might take 2000. Who knows. ?
The signals we Receive in the mean time more than make up for Lack of Life
On the contrary. I believe they show every sign of Life
No,...Im not sure What I would be Sending, but it had better me more Intelligent that the stuff We have been giving Them so far.
