Personal background |
Well I am going to try my hardest for this not to sound like an opening for an A.A. meeting but my name is Seth and I am a information technology professional for Echostar Communications. I currently reside in Denver, Colorado where I have been living for just about 4 years now. My hobbies are very open. Meaning I like to do most things. My favorites include tuning cars, working on computers/networks/portable devices, listening to vocal trance music, as well as spinning/dj all kinds of music.. |
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
I actualy came across this program when I was on Download.com looking for some free diagnostic tools and thought that it would be cool to check out. I have seen similar ones for assisting in finding cures for diseases that are not curable at this time.
I am really fascinated about this project. I think that this leaves the mind and the age old question, "is there someone else out there," completely open for discussion. I also love the fact that the average person can assist in the process of deciphering the frequencies from the junk.
I think that right now I am too new to this process and project to make any fair suggestions. As of right now I think that this project/process is PERFECT! |
