I live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Always happy to participate in the work you do by adding process time of my PC.
I'm 48 years old and counting ;-)
Hobbies: raytracing, fractals, space, the incomprehancable concept of the creation of time, related to the Big-Bang, extraterrestial life etc, quantumphysics.

SETI's way of using spare process time of PC's is a brilliant thought. Allthrough my contribution to the total is small, many smalls contributions are still a big contribution.
The project itself: in my view, the concept of searching for unnatural spikes in radiosignals in space is a good way to find out extarterrestial life. If such life is pressent, it will be bound to the same laws of physics as we are, and so, it is very likely that intelligent extraterrestial life will use some form of radiowaves.
