I'm 51 years old and a big fan of science and science fiction. I have been a member of the science fiction book club since college in the '70s. I work in the field of emergency management and presently work for the Ohio Emergency Management Agency. I previously was a Captain on a fire department. I am working on my Masters in Public Administration.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think it's a great project and I think life "out there" does exist. The question is what kind is it and also, will it benefit us or harm us? The answer is that we have to find out. We can't hide forever in our little corner of the universe.
