Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Im running Seti@Home on an AthlonXP 2600+ for twi reasons. IÄm interested in astronomical and space since and I need a high load on my operating system (FreeBSD) for testing purposes. I think it's better to generate it with distributed computing then with classic "cpu burn" tools.
