| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I think that as big as the universe is, it is the height of arrogance to think that there isn't a vastly superior race in existence somewhere. I just hope they are tolerant and friendly, for our sake. I like the idea of running SETI, because it is nice to have a use for a computer other than E-mail. But I guess SETI@home could end up being a type of E-mail in the end...when that message comes, that is. |
