I am interested in computers and the internet also in astronomy and space. I am also studying computer systems engineering for my Advanced Diploma in computer systems. I am Australian and I currently live in South Australia where I reside with my wife who is some what interested in astronomy.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I currently run SETI@home because the odds of us being the only intelligent life seem low when you take into account the size of the universe and the possible number of other civilizations is quite large. So I do believe that there is life out there.
I also think the project is worth the time and money spent on it.
