| I am a retired Navy enlisted airdale having been piped over the side in May of 1979 after 21 years and three days of active duty (but who was counting?). I am currently a government contractor supporting projects out at the Naval Weapons Station, China Lake, California. Been here ever since leaving active duty. My main hobby is wood scroll sawing with a strong secondary of racing 1/10th scale radio controlled off road cars and trucks. |

| My interest in this SETI project stems from a co-worker who has been on the Navy SETI team for a few years now. In pondering things, I feel it is smug thinking that holds to the idea that we on Earth are the only intelegent beings in all of the countless galaxies. So, here I am, lending a hand to the project. |
