I live in N.E. Pennsylvania. I work for a Microfilm Data Management company. My interests include computers (mainly hardware)some programming, not too much. I have other interests that include Astronomy and music. I try to stay informed and up to date on the latest developments in science and astronomy as well as the news of S.E.T.I. I am a fan of the late Dr. Carl Sagan and his books. "Cosmos" was the book that started my interest in science and astronomy. I try to remain optomisitc in my views on extraterrestrial life, even though Stephen Hawkings comments dampened my hopes a bit. He should stick to astrophysics. We are part of the universe. We exist. Are some of us that arrogant or ignorant that we still believe we are alone?
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe persistance will pay off. I can only imagine what kind of comments you get here. I actually ran the software about two years ago, but only reciently started running it again. Do you guys really read these comments? Have any job openings? Sorry for the poor quality picture.
