Profile: Abiy Belete Wondimu

Personal background
I am Abiy Belete (30 years old) from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. My hobby is of course astronomy. I have a BA degree in Management from Addis Ababa University and I work in local, private IT company. I would like to encourage all engaged in searching extraterrestrials. It is a matter of time we will get them. I wish you all to be alive on the happiest day of humanity, when we get them. Anybody wanna talk 2 me can find me (abiybel@gmail.com)
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I was really astonished by the night sky since I was a child. I started to read astronomy books which all claimed ?Astronomy bakes no bread? to mean professional jobs in astronomy are very few. So I was really searching any opportunity on which an amateur can contribute to advancement of human knowledge in the field of astronomy. SETI@home is a good opportunity so I joined.
I believe that extraterrestrials exist even though the probability of formation of one is very low they do exist. Because there are too many solar systems in the galaxy and too many galaxies and too many clusters and too many super clusters. So if we multiply the very small probability of forming life with this too many exposure units the result is most probably if not certainly extraterrestrials exist.
