From Chevy Chase Maryland, work in retail (32 years!) and am 60. Hobbies(s): Study classical piano, number theory (As an amateur, love playing with primes!)
Have interests in Astronomy & Astrology. These interest's are what led me to the SETI@home project. While I'm involved with other interest's, I'm running SETI@home, so no dust is gathering on my laptop, as was before!!!! It's VERY BUSY now!!!!

1. Aside from the exciting possibility that there could be an ET transmission right in front of me, I feel it is a contribution to the huge question, " Is anybody out there?", something I never thought I would have the opportunity to participate in. I also feel I'm making a contribution to scientific study of the E.T possibility. (There's alot of room out there!)
2. This project, to me is not only a fantastic idea to get mountains of work done, but a very worthwhile way to learn. Your website has so much info, I can't get enough. Have a new book on FFT's, getting one on intro. radio astronomy and purchased a whole astromony package to learn the basic's and beyond. My time, is pretty well accounted for!
3. Only 1 suggestion: KEEP THE PROJECT(S) GOING! (SETI & SETI@home)One day THE message will be found that answers the question, "Is anybody out there?"
