| i am a retired clerk who worked in a brokerage house in the backstage doing everything from mail( internal and outgoing) to copying, faxing and a little of everything else. it was an interesting job that really kept you going, the day seemed to fly by. i like to read, especially science. the magazines i subscribe to: smithsonian, populer science, national geographic, american heritage invention and technology. i am blessed (maybe cursed) with an insatiable curiosity about everything, i want to touch, see, feel, learn how things work. i am a lifetime reader of science fiction, favorite author isaac asimov. space facinates me so setti@home is a natural. i think it will bring good results. i suggest seti investigate lasers. hobbies: gardening, flower and wild flower, vegetables. i want to save the old and heirloom flowers before they disappear. i follow environmental issues. can"t eat wheat or peanuts and am allergic to most soaps (face, body) but i found some that i can use, ask and i will send a list. i like to walk and take pictures of wildlife. |
