Personal background |
Hi
My name's Ben, I'm 21 (I look so young, it's a right pain when u want a drink lol) and I live in East Sussex (right that's the ASL done).
I'm just looking for a good time, and a chance to meet new friends. Maybe more, who knows? ;-) I like going out with my mates, music (rock/metal but anything really), movies (action, comedy, anything really), flying (starting lessons soon) and just having a laugh. Anything else u want to know just ask! E-mail me at chailey@hotmail.co.uk or add me to ur msn on the same address.
I also go motorbike racing with my cousin. Why not have a look at his site http://www.jwbikeracing.co.uk/. U never know I might see u down Brands Hatch or Snetterton if ur up North. :-)
More to come watch this space...

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
So why did i decide to run SETI@home? That's easy i've just got broadband and a pc with more processing power than even my most demanding games uses all the time so i thought hey why not. Personally i think that SETI@home is a great idea but i do think that the field it covers is too narrow. I mean only one frequency of 1420GHz considering everything out there. I understand the reasons why but what about looking at the frequency of the first TV broadcasts. We know that the first signal from the Olympic's with Hitler went out into space so why not look on that frequency? If i was gonna send a signal back to someone it would be on the frequency they broadcast to me on! That might of course be too sensible lol after all science is only about educated guesses really, which is what this whole project is. I just hope that it's a good one! |
