Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I have always believed that there is inteligent life out there. In fact one of my professors during my undergraduates studies has been kind enough to share his thoughts with me and make me think about things I have never thought. SETI@home is a project that I strongly believe everybody should be a part of. Trillions of PC cycles are wasted everyday around the world by having the PC idle or turned off. Others use these cycles through hacking (Use the wasted cycles of other machines). I choose to give my cycles for crunching SETI packets.

I believe that the project is a really good attempt to identify ET communication. Someone who is thinking of getting involved in such a project should know that besides the credits that are assigned to one, we might never find anything in these packets. Yet this makes the "quest" more interesting!!

I am 1000% with you guys....Keep up the good work and SETI supporters will always be here.
