| I am a System Administrator for a Las Vegas area drywall/stucco contractor. I have several machines running the program, and have told many other's about it. My outside interests include mountain biking on Mt. Charleston or in Red Rock National Park, paintballing with buddies from work and playing computer games instead of watching the dreadful TV with all it's mindless entertainment. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I came across SETI while visiting ZDnets website, looking for most downloaded shareware programs. After reading the site, and seeing what it was about, I thought it was a great idea to download the program and use as the computer's screensaver. I suppose that I don't really have an opinion as to whether there is extraterrestrial life or not. Being that I believe in God, it makes me wonder why he would create such a huge universe, if we were the only beings that he created. Seems a little self-centered to me. I think that the instant that we as a race, stop thinking of us as the center of the universe, the better the whole world will be. |
