Personal background
Graduated ISU with a BA in English in 1999.

I will miss Rocky's, Shannigans, The Stadium, Sigma Pi house, Hamilton Hall, the Stables, and U-Liq. Man, those were the days!

I was in the Army from 1992 to 2005, and I did one year in Iraq from 2003-2004.

I am a Software Development consultant in Florida. I specialize in .NET based web applications in the Software as a Service market.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. It's reasonable to expect that there is intelligent life besides Humans, and I hope that by helping to analyze data it will ensure that I am alive to witness a first contact.

2. To me, SETI is one of the greatest, least understood programs that will have a philosophy shattering effect when it produces fruit. That alone brings a smile to my face.

3. Keep up the good work.
