My planet's radio waves have emitted gaussians already detected by your people, but you have yet to identify it as the WELCOME it is intended to be. When your people have acquired sufficient intellectual awareness regarding the nature of the gaussian and the message contained within, we will contact you directly. Until then, it is not yet your time.......
