Profile: Neal

Personal background
I am retired from Philadelphia University, where I was Executive Director of Information Technology and am still the sole United States member of the International Technical Advisory Group at UNESCO, overseeing the development and deployment of IDAMS.

While at the Survey Research Center of The University of Michigan I developed a Statistical Analysis package for survey data (OSIRIS) comparable to SPSS and SAS and authored the PC version, MicrOsiris, still in demand for binary segmentation data mining techniques (SEARCH, formerly AID3). Microsiris is now distributed as freeware (www.microsiris.com)

Was an early SETI participant, but couldn't transfer over 11000 credits due to inactive email account.
