Personal background
Im 16, mostly boring, like geeky things, and I am a web developer focusing on PHP and its related subjects, and web design. I have just moved from England to New Zealand and I am loving every minute of it (beautiful weather, deck chair, laptop, wifi hotspot :D).

I believe in the following: ghosts, extraterrestrial life, having fun, and that one day some billionaire will die and leave me all their money in their will :D
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI@home because I have plenty of spare cpu power, and I might as well give it away to a good cause. I think SETI@home is a cool project, and that one day it will finally come across a number of signals that will prove once and for all that extraterrestrial life does exist, and does have the intelligence and the capabilities to transmit signals.

The only thing I could suggest is that SETI@home could be used to process data from more than just the one observatory. At the moment, only a very small proportion of the sky is covered at any given time, which really needs to be expanded in my opinion.
