I am a 10th generation American. My ancestors came to America in 1630. I grew up in the Ozarks of Missouri. I live in New York City. I am a professor/actor/director/producer of theatre. I am 62. I am married happily. My hobbies are cosmology, basketball, soccer, and philosophy.

I run SETI@home because I think the desktop graphics are adorable. I think the project and all the people who participate in it are adorable. I think the idea of other life in the universe is adorable.
