Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI@home because i believe that im making a contirbution to a worthy cause, helping a BIG radio telescope over in Arecibo, Puerto Rico find ET, how isn't that a great thing? and besides, what do my computers do when im not on them (or my sister) they dont do anything, so why not put their CPU power to use. And i think, crunching WU's is a worthy purpose for my cpu's to use their power. dont you agree?

I think the use of BOINC is a very good step with progress. with the ability to use the command line aswelll as the gui (on windows system). i wasnt really that involved with the classic seti@home, (joined on the Jun 6 2004) so i didnt make good use of the apparent command line feature unlike i have with BOINC.

How long will it be until another snap shot of S@H be taken? because i got caught by joining after May 14th. Thanks..
