My name is Jacco Kardux. I'm a 29 years old man from the Netherlands. Space and everething about it has been one of my biggest interests since my early childhood. In daily life i'm a proces engineer, so having a technical job makes my interesses go out on the technical front also.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think it is every humans primary task to participate in the search for life in outer space. My computer is an AMD 64 bit powered dreammachine and has a lot of free computing power since it is always on. For me it's only logical to use that power for projects like Seti@home. Otherwhise it goes to waste and that's a shame for such a powerfull system.
