Wow, I always get stuck on this part. Time to think introspectively.
My name is Chris Hurley and I live in a little city called Stoke on Trent, the home of English pottery (and oatcakes). I'm 21 years old, but still get asked for ID to buy cigarettes and alcohol.
For the most part, my interests lie in the realms of computing and gaming. Mainly gaming. Ever since I played on my uncle's ZX Spectrum when I was 3 years old, I was hooked. From there I progressed to an Atari 7800, then a Nintendo NES, then a Sega Master System, then a Sega Mega Drive. Then came the Playstation era, after which the XBox arrived and I've stuck to it ever since.
My other interest, computing, would have dominated my life, but I found that going to college to learn about computers was far too boring and slow-paced for my liking. So I decided to learn about only what I wanted to know, and skip the college routine.
As for my spare time, the little that I have, I enjoy going to the cinema (I'm a really avid film buff), working out at the gym (a LOT!), playing pool, shopping (not clothes and shoes, I buy DVDs and games) and listening to music. |
