I'm a 30 - odd year old from Brisbane, Australia. IT Officer for large organisation. I am into Amateur astronomy, computing, motorcycles (if only I had one) and regard my biggest accomplishments as my children. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

There is ET life out there - we just haven't found it yet. Speak to any astronomer about the number of galaxies and how many stars there are (and therefore possible planets), and you too will be convinced.
The project is a great idea - perhaps some other large computing projects should use a similar idea eg: weather prediction, astro-physics, psycoanalysis of the 4 year old brain etc....
Just one suggestion - please keep the user stats and profile area in good nick - it gives us encouragement.
