| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. Yes I believe alien lifeforms exist. I think they have been around for a while (visiting us). The benefits would be technology sharing (hopefully), and a couple drawbacks I see would be biological (new viruses, diseases, etc)
2. Yes, a beacon would be cool.
3. I run Seti@home to help out with bringing us closer to finding the truth. I think its great that you allow regular joes to assist with the search, its certainly more than our government has ever done for us in that arena. |
