From Vancouver, BC, Canada
i stumbled onto this lil program and read up on it....i have a pretty good computer so hey why not give some CPU time to help out something worthwhile instead of playing games.....i run SETI@home on a amd 2200 with 512 RAM by itself....so 100% CPU time given to it....i do everything on my other comp =)
good luck to you all and hopefully ET will call us instead of home :P
P.S
Im gonna find him first...

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
yeah there is life out there.....and if there isnt...there will be one-day
how will we discover it....persistance....and when....could be in 5 minutes could be 5 decades who knows....
should we transmit something into space....sure why not cant hurt....send my phone number =) or at least my IP address hehe
why do i run this program....hell WHY NOT it doesnt do any harm and it is more constructive than BF1942 or Counter-strike or any other game/program...whatever you are into
any suggestions yeah sure....make a server version where it can be installed on a host computer then data bundles may be broken up and divided among the lan computers...thus speeding up the dataunit analasis time....great for school networks.....and since most schools run fast computers....no preformance loss
