| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| Yes I do beleave it does exists, AS for when and how we will find it noone really knows, The benefits of finding extraterrestrial life is learning new things from each other and one of the dangers is the human sence of fear of things that we don't understand. And yes I believe we should transmit a beacon of some type but at the same time I think it should be done with pictures and not words as to if they did the same we wouldn't be able to understand that words and like thay say a picture is worth a 1000 words. I run SETI@Home in the hopes to help us all find extraterrestrial life with in our lifetime and or with in our kids lifetime. I think the project is a great idea and that more companys should on their own setup the SETI@Home software on office computers for at night when they are not being used. |
