I am 55 years old (Yes, I was a hippie). I have been married 34 years and have two children.
I have degrees in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science. I am currently employed as a Technical Product Manager for a company that specializes in enterprise level security packages.
My hobbies include sports, reading, amateur astronomy with particular interest in degenerate stellar objects, mathematics (multi-dimensional calculus at the moment) and still love to party (What can I say, I'm a child of the 1960's).

The reason I'm involved with SETI is I firmly believe in what Carl Sagan wrote in his novel Contact, If we are the only ones in the universe, it seems like an awfully big waste of space. |
