| HELLO, alien hunters!!! I'm from an island of Greece -Cos-, a very beautiful island with very clean and blue sea and a very blue and "open", clean sky. I'm 14 years old. In my childhood i wanted to be an astronomer, but after my 7 -i first taught a computer- and since now i want to be a software programmer or a web-site designer. But i also like to sea the sky the nights of the summer, when the stars can be seen clearly. This days i want to save money to buy a telescope preferably a telescope that connects to the computer to use it easier. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. I believe that extraterrestrial life exists and i know (hope) that in about 4-5 years we will find the first signal that won't be from our world, but from another one which i hope that will be friendly.
2. I don't know if people should send some signals, but i now that we can, recently i read a magazine which says that the best way to communicate is by numbers, but i don't agree because the message will be somekind of encrypted (we don't know if they know mathematics as we -with numbers-). I had an idea that the most people of our planet have had, to send photos, pictures, films and many other things that don't need any techology or any other progress to be known.
3. I run SETI@Home for the answer of the biggest question in the world, -ARE THERE ALIENS?-. |
