Personal background
Hi,

I am 24 year old male, 1.9 m tall with brown hair and blue eyes. I was born in Poland but lived in South Africa for 10 years. Its a beautiful country with many HOT spots and interesting places to see - an ideal place for holiday. This is where i heard about SETI@Home. I had my account created back on Sat Jul 3 22:49:45 1999 UTC (mierzwa@netactive.co.za). Unfortunately, my email account has changed and i am unable to continue under the same registration; which is a GREAT PITY!

Anyways, Let's talk more about myself...
I am a student in University Of KwaZulu Natal, working on my B.Ed degree. Before coming to UKZN i worked in I.T for over 4yrs and had diffrent roles to play. I was a PC Technical Engineer,SYSADMIN,Customer Services Agent and a Sales Man :-) I worked in London, UK from 2001-2003.

My hobbies include SCUBA Diving, Playing Chess and collecting PC Games and Software. I love to read about PC orientated issues like Overclocking, Craking, Hacking, Internet etc. I also enjoy traveling around South Africa and when I was in UK than I traveled there as well. The places i have visited are on this page, feel welcome to visit http://www.virtualtourist.com/m/38dc4/

I am still working on my homepage, so please understand :-)
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
SETI@HOME is a great project we humans undertook. Its a co-operation of many nations and individuals like you and me. If it wasn't for us this project would not run. SETI@HOME is allready in Guinness Book of Records for the greatest Mass Computing Project in History of Human Kind. I am honoured to be a part of this fantastic project.
And even if we don't discover we will have a huge database of Scientific data that would prove usefull for future projects like this one.It also good to notice we are using PC for better use other that just playing games or idle time.

I would like to thank SETI@HOME for a wonderful support and dedication for pulling this GREAT PROJECT of the ground into 21st century. !!!!

WELL DONE
