Personal background
IT professional and part conspiracy theorist...sorta =P

I have heard of the Illuminati. I know a little about them. I believe they exist. I think the American government no longer is there for the betterment of the American people but rather to gain power and to take freedom awy slowly and subtley. America, in general, and people, in general are starting to drift further apart in "class". For example, the really dumb are just getting dumber and more careless and the smart are getting more power-hungry and more distant from humanity.

I sound like I am really dissappointed, don't I? Actually, I have a positive outlok and hope things turn around where people are the focus for people again instead of money and power. Thereis nothing wrong with money or power as long as you don't lose site of where you should redirect the money and the power.

Power gives a person the ability to make things better for everyone. Money is the medium to make that happen.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe that extraterrestrials exist. I am not sure that Humans in general will ever know for an open fact that they exist but I believe that the government kows for a fact they exist. I mean, Roswell was no weather balloon.

I feel that Humans should try as hard as possible to extend an arm to those who are not earthly. As for the information to send? I think we should be honest about what Human beings are...the good and the bad. No need to give false representation. After all, I believe every living being in the universe is similar in more ways than not.

I think setiathome is an excellent idea and hope it pays off. I wonder, though, if we are looking in the wrong places in the wrong ways.
