I'm an amateur computer programmer and have written celestial navigation programs for use at sea by offshore sailors and some GPS real time mapping applications.

Of course we're not alone... Just do the math---nothing really special about this blue marble we live on and have evolved on. So it's really fun to crunch data looking for others that feel the way I (we) do... I'm sure they are out there looking too...
