Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Why SETI?
well in short i find the idea of us being the only intelligent beings in the universe a preposterous idea, i dont think of myself as a deep thinker and i dont ponder for hours over the mysteries of the universe hell i dont even watch Star Trek! but i would like to think that by contributing to a project that could one day explain some of the questions we as humans have asked for centuries and indeed fantasised about, we might just get somewhere.
