Hello. My name is Julio César Salazar Rosario,
I live in Valencia, Venezuela and I am 37 years old,
I am Electronic Engineer and I work in a thermoelectric power plant ( CADAFE PLANTA CENTRO )
I study the master in Electric Engineer in the Universidad Simón BolÃvar
My hobbies are the computation, video and sound.
I like to observe the sky when the sun go down in the horizon, I think that is the better moment to see an object incoming the atmosphere and reflecting the sunlight.

I am sure that live exist out side of this planet, maybe not in the form or state that we hope.
The evidence say that the aliens are here but why the government of the greatest country do not communicate these news to the populations?, maybe the answer is because they reserve to them selves the acknowledge and economic-military power from aliens.
I think that the benefits of the contact with aliens are in the knowledge of the way to manage the energetic resource of a star, super nova or galaxies.
Other benefits is to show us the way that they use to communicate faster that the light speed trough the galaxies .
I am sure in the existences of an Organization of Civilization Units as the ONU in the earth, and the question is, why they do not to communicate with us in a open way, maybe the answer is that we are not ready yet to manage this knowledge.
I think that the space is full of signals from the aliens that use others ways faster that light speed, but we do not discover these yet.
In the develop of the aliens civilizations maybe they use in one moment the electromagnetic waves for to communicate in a short distance, this will be our chance to capture it. |
