Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
In my opinion the has to life out there,†infinite space, infinite possibilities" and if we make contact with them it will most likely be through the air waves instead of a "visitation" It is just a matter of time till one of us picks some thing up that makes sense. The way humans will react is a difficult one we are all different with different priorities and I think less educated religious groups are going have problems getting used to it while groups from educated scientific back groups could react in many different ways fear panic or fascination amazement. Whatever happens it will be the biggest event that mankind has experienced up to now! lets hope it is a peaceful one.
